Pensamiento Espiritual* (*Spiritual Thought): Mosiah 16:9

P.Day* (*Preparation day)! We spent it with Hna Dymock. :) WHAT A BLESSING. We made grilled cheese sandwiches, made oreo postres* (*desserts), played Phase 10 and talked for años* (*years)! :) Oh, how I had missed her. :) Luego* (*Then), we picked up Hna Dacayanan and Hna Esparza and went to Lesly's (member) for our last goodbyes. She's going on the mission on Wednesday to Argentina! I'm going to miss her. :(

On Tuesday, the rest of the trainers got here in the morning! We shipped them off to the office before going to Castilla to help the sisters move and move in all their stuff. :) Luego* (*Then), the office asked for the trainers to work in Tambo, so we made plans! Esparza and Carbajal worked citas* (*appointments), visiting Luis (investigator) and setting a baptismal date for April 29th! :D Bernales and Spitale worked in contacting when citas* (*appointments) fell through! And I went with Dymock and Dacayanan to Castilla to show them a bit of the area they're opening and get them started. :) Good day! :)

On Wednesday, se fueron las entrenadoras and las hijas* (*the trainers and their daughters left) and the house was empty again! :D We cleaned and planned en la mañana* (*in the morning). En la tarde* (*In the afternoon), we visited Marcial, new investigator, and taught him a bit about the Restoration! Despues* (*Afterwards), we visited Lizbeth, investigator, and talked about the importance of the LDM* (*Book of Mormon) before going to Fabricio, converso, and Paula, investigator, and explaining premortal life. :) We finished up the day visiting Luis (investigator) and Jorge (menos active* (*less active)) and reading Alma 36! :)

Jueves* (*Thursday)! Being that today was both the marked and feriado* (*holiday), we took advantage and went contacting! :) En la tarde* (*In the afternoon), all our citas* (*appointments) fell through and everyone was out enjoying the holiday en el campo* (*in the countryside). We contacted some more before an Easter activity! We had an exhibition of paintings of Christ's life from the chapels in Open Plaza and gave out tarjetas* (*cards) with copies of those pictures and the Living Christ on the back. :) Lots of people came and we gave out tons of cards! :D

On Friday, we were scheduled to help with another of the Easter presentations at the hospital! There weren't that many people, but there were lots of cars, so we started handing the cards out to cars, buses, and combis! :D It was quite fun. :) After lunch, we went to a ward sports day! Our investigators Nicolas, Renato, Eduardo, Teresa, and Luis all came! :D It was a brilliant success. We had a district meeting and then went to visit Luis, investigator, and Jorge, less active! We explained the 10 Commandments and the Sabbath Day. :)

Sabado* (*Saturday)! We weekly planned and started our fast. :) We contacted more and aun* (*still) found a less active! We then went to Leonardo and Mary, investigators, and talked about church organization. :) We headed to Jesica, investigator, who's just been having a really rough time lately with trials. I felt like we should read Mosiah 24 and she started crying and felt so much better. The Scriptures ALWAYS have the answers. :)

Easter Sunday of the Resurrection! :D I officially hit 14 months in the mish today. HOW TIME FLIES. Church was great. :) Despues* (*After), we contacted a bit and visited our investigator LinSu! A few weeks ago, she got robbed and assaulted in a taxi. ;( We talked about the need for trials in our lives and she said she wants to be baptized. :) We then went back to Open Plaza and spread the message of the Living Christ. Happy day. :)

Here's a talk that really helped me this week. :) Read it. Share it. :)

Con amor y mis oraciones para siempre jamas* (*With love and my prayers forever and ever),

Hermana Schmid
